Deposit & Payment Policy
Reservations & Payment
To preserve the intimate and personalized nature of this retreat, space is intentionally limited. A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the selected room rate is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. This deposit secures your reservation and allows us to plan intentionally for each guest.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Payment Details
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
All payments are applied toward the total cost of your retreat experience.
Payment Schedule
Guests may choose to pay in full at the time of booking or follow the payment plan below:
Initial deposit: 50% of your selected room rate, due at booking
Final balance: Remaining 50% due by February 1, 2026.

Cancellations & Transfers
Because this retreat is intentionally small and highly curated, all payments are non-refundable.
If you are unable attend, you may transfer your spot to another guest with prior approval provided we are notified by 04/01/2026.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in the unforeseen circumstances.
IMPORTANT: Failure to complete payments by the due date may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.
